We are currently looking for the following staff.

Project Administrator


We are seeking a full time Project Administrator to support our project teams in the development, delivery and installation of our products and services. As part of a small administration team, the applicant should possess excellent computer skills, have a minimum of 1 year in an administration role and have a keen attention to detail. Reporting to the Company Admin Team Leader the successful candidate role will include the following:

  • Maintaining the TRE administrative systems
  • Supporting the project leaders and engineers in the smooth running and delivery of projects
  • Ensuring the TRE Business Management System is adhered to and relevant quality standards are met and maintained
  • Assist in all tasks relating to software/system releases and site visits
  • Preparation for project meetings and compiling of minutes
  • Control of project documentation, version control and filing
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for engineers
  • General administration duties supporting other members of the admin team as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of administration and admin systems
  • Excellent computer skills including Word Excel and Access
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with engineers, suppliers and customers
  • Flexible, adaptable, full of enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Previous project administration experience would be considered an advantage

Salary will be in the range of £15k to £20k depending on experience.

Accounts Administrator (12 month maternity cover)

We are seeking a Part Time Accounts Administrator to work 22.5 hours over 5 mornings, hours to suit. Reporting to the Company Accountant/Admin Team Leader the successful candidate will perform the day to day accounting functions which will include:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Expense claims
  • Bank reconciliation
  • BACS payments
  • Petty cash
  • General accounting queries
  • Holiday cover for Accountant

As part of a busy administration team this role also will include general administration support for the company.

Requirements

1 year.s experience of working in an accounting role and knowledge of
Sage Software (Line 50).

Role Development

In the longer term there are opportunities for further role development - dependent on aptitude and motivation. Both formal and on the job training and support will be given to the successful candidate. Reward Package TRE operates a progressive policy of continuous review to maintain our reward package in the uppermost national quartile for the task in hand. After 3 months of service we offer a contributory company pension scheme (min. 3% of salary contribution, 5% from TRE) and a variety of other benefits depending on level of seniority.

We offer 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holiday entitlement and a sick pay scheme (subject to certain initial conditions).
